Coach Braie (Speed) Swann

Braie (Speed) Swann was a competitive gymnast from the age of 5 years old until she graduated as an All American at the University of Arkansas.  She has a passion for sports & fitness which led her to personal training & starting Top Tier Training Performance at Olympia Gymnastics where she also coaches the artistic girls competitive team. 
Braie has a Bachelor Degree in Sports Management
NSCA Certified Personal Trainer

Do I need prior experience to join a class?

Our classes are for all levels!  Each exercise is modified to either intensify or make it a little easier.

Do I need to reserve my spot in class?

Yes! We have a limited number to keep the quality of the class so we ask that our clients reserve 12 hours in advance using our pushpress app.

Why a gymnastics facility?

Gymnastics equipment allows for more creative workouts! And there is spring loaded floors to absorb impact on joints.  There is also all the "normal" equipment like kettle bells, dumb bells, plate weights, rope, TRX suspension, barbells, & medicine balls!
